Overview
When you spend your days caring for children, supporting families, working alongside other educators and responding to everything that needs your attention, it can be surprisingly easy to lose sight of yourself in the middle of it all.
This activity gives you permission to step back for a little while and think about where you are now and where you want to go.
Your vision board isn’t about creating a perfect life or setting a collection of impressive goals. It is about noticing what matters to you. What do you want your work to feel like? What kind of educator do you want to be? What do you want more of? What do you want to protect?
There is no right way for your finished board to look. It can be beautiful and carefully designed, messy and covered in handwritten notes, completely digital, or something only you understand. What matters is that it means something to you.
