The WELL Trail is the journey through The Educators Well. Our Roadmap is where we're going.

Some destinations are already on our path. Others are still ideas, possibilities and questions we're exploring.

Our Roadmap will grow as we learn, listen and decide what belongs on the trail.

Governance & Leadership

A living Roadmap

Plans can change. Timing is indicative unless we say otherwise, and new opportunities may emerge along the way. Educator Voice may influence what we prioritise.

Some things may happen earlier. Some may move later. Some may change form entirely. When published timing changes in a meaningful way, we intend to acknowledge that rather than quietly rewriting the Roadmap.

A look back at the moments ideas became real, new experiences opened, and possibilities took their next step along The WELL Trail.

  1. The Trail keeps growing

    Just ten days after opening this new chapter, more ideas have already moved from possibility into practice.

    New along the trail

    • Practical Tools. The Educator Wellbeing Check-In, Difficult Conversation Phrase Builder, Weekly Educator Reset and Should I Say Yes? joined Learn & Connect.

    • Family Day Care Tools. The Fee-Setting Calculator and Income Calculator added practical support specifically for Family Day Care educators.

    • First Aid 2 U. Local First Aid information and training pathways continued to expand across Caboolture, Morayfield, Woodford, Kilcoy and Bribie Island.

    • Bookings. A new booking pathway opened for Discovery Calls, Mentoring, Webinar Recording and one-to-one First Aid.

    • For Services. The foundations for service membership, educator connections and the future service experience began taking shape, with the service waitlist now open.

    Moved onto the trail

    • The WELL Collaboration Project. Educator-created resources moved from possibility into active development, beginning with collaborative activity and recipe collections.

    • Webinars & Learn & Connect expansion. The next stage of Learn & Connect moved into active development ahead of its planned October release.

  2. A new chapter begins

    The Educators Well officially opened its next chapter, bringing together learning, wellbeing, connection and practical support in one growing ecosystem.

    • The WELL Framework. Enrolments officially opened, including the first Founding places.

    • Educator Membership. The annual membership experience opened, creating another way for educators to be part of The Educators Well.

    • Member Benefits. Members could begin accessing benefits and offers from participating businesses and providers.

    • Learn & Connect. A growing home for practical resources, tools, mentoring and professional learning opportunities.

    • The member experience. The foundations of a connected member community began to take shape.

The Possibility Cloud

This is where ideas live before they find their place on The WELL Trail. Some come from us. Some come from educators. Some emerge through partnerships, conversations and Educator Voice.

Some may eventually become destinations on our Roadmap. Others may change completely, combine with another idea or never make it onto the trail at all. That's part of exploring.

Measuring Our Impact

As The Educators Well grows, we are building thoughtful ways to understand our reach, listen to educator experiences and learn from what is making a difference. This is ongoing work that will continue to develop alongside the community.

And the trail keeps going.

There will always be more ahead of us. The Educators Well is intended to keep learning, listening and evolving. New ideas will emerge. Educators will tell us things we haven't considered. Opportunities will appear that we cannot see yet.

The WELL Retreat is a significant destination. It is not the end of the trail.

How an idea can travel

Ideas can move from Educator Voice into the Possibility Cloud, and some of those eventually find a place on the Roadmap. Not every idea will, and that is an honest part of the process rather than a failure of it.
