Three different kinds of support. You're welcome to start with whichever one fits where your service is right now.

Service Portal

The practical digital home for your service information and professional development: your service workspace, educator connections, privacy-safe WELL Framework completion visibility where educators have chosen to share it, service PD records, PD sessions and attendance, and records you can download.

Registering your service workspace is free, and you can look around before committing to anything. Service Membership is $59 + GST a year, for when you choose to keep records and use the membership functionality that needs it.

Whole-service support

The Depths of the WELL is a twelve-month whole-service practice development and implementation journey, shaped around your team and what you hope will be different twelve months from now.

This is deeper work than Service Membership, the Service Portal or an individual educator's WELL Framework enrolment — it walks alongside your whole service for the year. Answer a few questions and we'll prepare a personalised proposal for your people.

Everything below is working in the Service Portal today. Registering and exploring is free; Service Membership is $59 + GST a year, and you can take it out from inside the portal whenever you're ready.

Educator privacy

An educator's inner work stays their own

The WELL Framework asks educators to be honest with themselves. That only works if they know their reflections are private. So the service side of The Educators Well is built around a firm commitment: a service sees participation, never the personal content of an educator's journey.

What a service sees

  • The educator's name and when they connected to your service
  • An overall WELL Framework completion percentage, only where the educator has chosen to share it
  • Professional development your own service recorded for them

What a service never sees

  • Journals, reflections and written responses
  • WELL Check-Ins and any wellbeing information
  • Individual lesson answers or activity responses
  • Anything shared inside The WELL Village

The educator owns their account. They choose whether to connect to a service, choose whether to share a completion percentage, and can disconnect at any time. Their account and their journey continue with them wherever they work.
