How to Keep Doing the Work You Love Without Burning Yourself Out

A practical and honest conversation about educator wellbeing, recognising when work is becoming unsustainable, and finding realistic ways to protect yourself while continuing to do work that matters to you.

We’ll explore what educator wellbeing really looks like, some of the pressures that can slowly build over time, how to recognise your own warning signs, and small, achievable changes that can support greater sustainability.

The session will include approximately 40 minutes of discussion and learning, followed by time for reflection and questions.
